Hei\u00adde\u00adk\u00fc\u00adche Ehlers pro\u00addu\u00adces a varie\u00adty of deli\u00adca\u00adtes\u00adsen salads, fresh cheese varia\u00adti\u00adons, its own sau\u00adsa\u00adges and rea\u00addy-made meals for the hot coun\u00adter of the affi\u00adlia\u00adted super\u00admar\u00adkets. Estab\u00adlished at the begin\u00adning of 2023 as a spin-off of the mar\u00adket but\u00adchery of the fami\u00adly-owned Ede\u00adka mar\u00adket in Bis\u00adpin\u00adgen, the pro\u00adduc\u00adtion com\u00adpa\u00adny now sup\u00adpli\u00ades ele\u00adven super\u00admar\u00adkets throug\u00adhout the L\u00fcne\u00adburg Heath regi\u00adon \u2014 and the trend is rising rapidly. Smooth pro\u00adces\u00adsing is ensu\u00adred by agma\u00adda\u00adta\u2019s iFood ERP sys\u00adtem, which spe\u00adcia\u00adli\u00adzes in food and is clo\u00adse\u00adly net\u00adwork\u00aded with the equip\u00adment and sys\u00adtems in the com\u00adpany\u2019s own ope\u00adra\u00adti\u00adons and tho\u00adse of its busi\u00adness part\u00adners.<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

And we can\u2019t impo\u00adse all the stan\u00addards on our busi\u00adness part\u00adners \u2014 tha\u00adt\u2019s why we focu\u00adsed our atten\u00adti\u00adon on smooth col\u00adla\u00adbo\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon and net\u00adwor\u00adking with exis\u00adting sys\u00adtems right from the start.\u201d It was clear that the spin-off would only suc\u00adceed with a powerful new soft\u00adware solu\u00adti\u00adon. And it was pre\u00adcis\u00ade\u00adly this that Ehlers set out to find in the spring of 2022.\n

In addi\u00adti\u00adon to the basic func\u00adtions such as goods receipt and goods issue as well as inven\u00adto\u00adry manage\u00adment, which not every sys\u00adtem in ques\u00adti\u00adon could cle\u00adan\u00adly sol\u00adve for pre\u00adpared dis\u00adhes, the pro\u00adduct labe\u00adl\u00ading was also to be con\u00adtrol\u00adled via the new sys\u00adtem. When weig\u00adhing out the dres\u00adsed salads, for exam\u00adp\u00adle, which are fresh\u00adly pre\u00adpared and weig\u00adhed out in the mor\u00adning, it should be pos\u00adsi\u00adble to assign them direct\u00adly to the mar\u00adket to which they will later be deli\u00adver\u00aded. More com\u00adplex than the hard\u00adware inter\u00adfaces was the cla\u00adri\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon of the net\u00adwor\u00adking pos\u00adsi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adties with the other soft\u00adware used. For exam\u00adp\u00adle, the invoices crea\u00adted should be trans\u00adfer\u00adred direct\u00adly to finan\u00adcial accoun\u00adting for pos\u00adting and should also be available to the tax advi\u00adsor as a digi\u00adtal copy at any time.<\/p>\n

One for all<\/h4>\n

The exam\u00adp\u00adle of ReSy4 in par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar made it clear how com\u00adpre\u00adhen\u00adsi\u00adve\u00adly iFood from agma\u00adda\u00adta had sol\u00adved the net\u00adwor\u00adking issues. This means that auto\u00adma\u00adtic decla\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon can be trig\u00adge\u00adred at any time via an inter\u00adface for all recipes stored in iFood. The pro\u00adduct name is then retur\u00adned, adjus\u00adted if neces\u00adsa\u00adry, the list of ingre\u00addi\u00adents accor\u00adding to the Food Infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon Regu\u00adla\u00adti\u00adon (LMIV), i.e. with aller\u00adgens high\u00adligh\u00adted, with quan\u00adti\u00adta\u00adti\u00adve infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon on the value-deter\u00admi\u00adning ingre\u00addi\u00adents (QUID infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon) and, whe\u00adre neces\u00adsa\u00adry, foot\u00adno\u00adtes with the pre\u00adscri\u00adbed addi\u00adtio\u00adnal infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon for cer\u00adtain ingre\u00addi\u00adents, as well as the com\u00adple\u00adte nut\u00adri\u00adtio\u00adnal labe\u00adl\u00ading. In addi\u00adti\u00adon, a DATEV inter\u00adface was available for trou\u00adble-free con\u00adnec\u00adtion to the tax office, and all exis\u00adting devices were also sup\u00adport\u00aded. <\/p>\n

\u201cOther sup\u00adpli\u00aders tried to make us afraid of inter\u00adfaces and thus wan\u00adted to force us to buy ever\u00ady\u00adthing from a sin\u00adgle source,\u201d sum\u00adma\u00adri\u00adzes Ehlers. \u201cagma\u00adda\u00adta, on the other hand, has given us free\u00addom of choice and hel\u00adped us inte\u00adgra\u00adte exis\u00adting com\u00adpon\u00adents and add other solu\u00adti\u00adons to the ERP sys\u00adtem, which we choo\u00adse enti\u00adre\u00adly accor\u00adding to our needs.\u201d The wide ran\u00adge of exch\u00adan\u00adge for\u00admats sup\u00adport\u00aded means that all opti\u00adons remain open for the future \u2014 whe\u00adther it be the use of a docu\u00adment manage\u00adment sys\u00adtem, a CRM sys\u00adtem or the elec\u00adtro\u00adnic exch\u00adan\u00adge of invoices with cus\u00adto\u00admers and sup\u00adpli\u00aders, for exam\u00adp\u00adle.<\/p>\n

Accor\u00addin\u00adgly, the decis\u00adi\u00adon was made in favor of iFood in the sum\u00admer of 2022. The sys\u00adtem house, which had been sup\u00adport\u00ading Hei\u00adde\u00adk\u00fc\u00adche Ehlers sin\u00adce Ede\u00adka\u2019s time, pro\u00advi\u00added a ser\u00adver in the cloud on which agma\u00adda\u00adta could install the soft\u00adware. Thus, the 20 employees in pro\u00adduc\u00adtion alre\u00ada\u00addy star\u00adted working on their own sys\u00adtem during the trai\u00adning ses\u00adsi\u00adons.<\/p>\n

Quickly learned and set up<\/h4>\n

Sin\u00adce the\u00adre was still suf\u00adfi\u00adci\u00adent time befo\u00adre the plan\u00adned sys\u00adtem launch in the spring, the trai\u00adning ses\u00adsi\u00adons for the indi\u00advi\u00addu\u00adal modu\u00adles were sche\u00addu\u00adled in a rela\u00adxed man\u00adner in eight units spread over seve\u00adral weeks. A sys\u00adtem con\u00adsul\u00adtant from agma\u00adda\u00adta joi\u00adn\u00aded the indi\u00advi\u00addu\u00adal mee\u00adtings via video con\u00adfe\u00adrence. \u201cIn this way, the employees got to know the new sys\u00adtem remo\u00adte\u00adly and were able to gra\u00addu\u00adal\u00adly fami\u00adlia\u00adri\u00adze them\u00adsel\u00adves with all the func\u00adtions,\u201d reports Ehlers.<\/p>\n

At the same time, they used this time for pre\u00adpa\u00adra\u00adti\u00adons, for exam\u00adp\u00adle, crea\u00adting cus\u00adto\u00admers and sup\u00adpli\u00aders and dra\u00adwing up pri\u00adce lists. \u201cWhile agma\u00adda\u00adta\u2019s account mana\u00adgers were always available to assist us, we hard\u00adly nee\u00added to take advan\u00adta\u00adge of this offer thanks to the hands-on trai\u00adning.\u201d<\/p>\n

So ever\u00ady\u00adthing was rea\u00addy for the \u201cgo live\u201d at the pro\u00adduc\u00adti\u00adve start of the Hei\u00adde\u00adk\u00fc\u00adche Ehlers. At the begin\u00adning of 2023, pro\u00adduc\u00adtion moved to a spa\u00adcious new buil\u00adding in the imme\u00addia\u00adte vici\u00adni\u00adty of the pre\u00advious loca\u00adti\u00adon in the Ede\u00adka store in Bis\u00adpin\u00adgen. \u201cThis meant that we were offi\u00adci\u00adal\u00adly inde\u00adpen\u00addent and, in addi\u00adti\u00adon to food pro\u00adduc\u00adtion, we also had to take care of many admi\u00adnis\u00adtra\u00adti\u00adve and orga\u00adniza\u00adtio\u00adnal tasks that had not pre\u00advious\u00adly been incur\u00adred in this way due to inte\u00adgra\u00adti\u00adon into the Ede\u00adka store.\u201d<\/p>\n

The software makes it possible<\/h4>\n

So from March onwards, the new soft\u00adware was used to book goods receipts, weigh pro\u00adducts, crea\u00adte deli\u00advery bills and wri\u00adte invoices. From the very begin\u00adning, the trans\u00adfer of accoun\u00adting data and com\u00adple\u00adte invoice docu\u00adments to accoun\u00adting as well as tax office was used. After a start-up pha\u00adse, the com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon with ReSy4 for the food decla\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon also came into use as plan\u00adned and the labe\u00adl\u00ading labels are prin\u00adted direct\u00adly from the mer\u00adchan\u00addi\u00adse manage\u00adment sys\u00adtem.<\/p>\n

In the coming months, even more func\u00adtions of the pro\u00adven soft\u00adware will be gra\u00addu\u00adal\u00adly intro\u00addu\u00adced. But Ehlers\u2019 con\u00adclu\u00adsi\u00adon is alre\u00ada\u00addy clear: \u201cThanks to the high level of auto\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon of the pro\u00adces\u00adses, iFood made the spin-off pos\u00adsi\u00adble for us in the first place.
