In addition to agmadata, the first users will move into the co-working and hub space here, where the green start-up scene and established companies along the agribusiness value chain are to network. Software Developer (m/f/d)
In second-level support, you will assist colleagues, advise and train our customers both online and in person.
Technical Manager Software Development (m/f/d)
Sales professional in the ERP environment (m/f/d)
You are the link between our company and our customers in the food industry. You are enthusiastic about our ERP solutions and always find new ways to infect others with this enthusiasm. The acquisition of new customers is just as easy for you as the support of existing customers and the identification of new business opportunities. To ensure sales and revenue targets are met, you will maintain existing contacts and build new customer relationships. A well-founded analysis of the market and competitive situation as well as customer potential will help you to do this.
Commercial Allrounder / Administrative Specialist in Full-Time (m/f/d)
They ensure the smooth running of the administration with all internal tasks from the telephone switchboard to general customer care, correspondence, preparation of quotations according to specifications, marketing activities (homepage, flyers, print media), and the purchase of office materials. In these matters, you are the first point of contact and support management and colleagues. You set the right priorities and maintain an overview at all times. All in all, make sure the store is up and running!
Employee in telephone customer support (m/f/d)
They are the personal contact person in customer support and provide competent assistance even if something does not work as it should. By phone, by mail and via our ticket system, you are the first point of contact not only for error messages, but also provide advice and support for product-specific issues. As an interface between our customers and our product management, you will also ensure that our product keeps getting better.
IT Specialist System Integration / IT Administrator (m/f/d)
Whether hardware or software – you install our solutions around the ERP system iFood and the digital ecosystem 360°efood on site at the customer. You will analyze any system errors that occur and correct them confidently. Along the way, you will also maintain our internal IT systems. In general, you are the first point of contact for support, training and in-house helpdesk issues. In doing so, you will always be in close contact with customers, identify their needs and incorporate your findings into the projects. So all in all, you make sure that customers are satisfied with our solutions!
