Our Farm&Food Hub is loca­ted at Ame­ri­ka­stra­ße 15 in Garrel—a sus­tainable new buil­ding desi­gned to the latest archi­tec­tu­ral and office stan­dards. In addi­ti­on to agma­da­ta, the first users will move into the co-working and hub space here, whe­re the green start-up sce­ne and estab­lished com­pa­nies along the agri­busi­ness value chain are to net­work. Our team at agma­da­ta is made up of diver­se pro­fes­sio­nals with one visio­na­ry goal: to inspi­re the food indus­try with a focus on meat/fish/street food nati­on­wi­de to use our inno­va­ti­ve soft­ware and ser­vices. Software Developer (m/f/d)

Fol­lo­wing an inten­si­ve onboar­ding pha­se, you will work along­side your team to hand­le cli­ent-spe­ci­fic tasks invol­ving the design, deve­lo­p­ment, and pro­gramming of our iFood ERP solu­ti­on. Your role also includes con­tri­bu­ting to front-end deve­lo­p­ment and inter­face pro­gramming.
In addi­ti­on, you will pro­vi­de second-level sup­port to your col­le­agues and offer both online and in-per­son con­sul­ting and trai­ning to our cus­to­mers.

Technical Manager Software Development (m/f/d)

You are a spar­ring part­ner for the manage­ment and respon­si­ble for the stra­te­gic direc­tion of the com­pa­ny in tech­ni­cal and IT stra­te­gic topics. Your new respon­si­bi­li­ties include the tech­ni­cal manage­ment and pro­duct deve­lo­p­ment of the com­pa­ny, as well as the manage­ment of soft­ware deve­lo­p­ment. You will con­tri­bu­te to the fur­ther deve­lo­p­ment and imple­men­ta­ti­on of the IT cor­po­ra­te stra­tegy and will be instru­men­tal in con­ti­nuing to steer the com­pa­ny in a pro­fi­ta­ble direc­tion.

Sales professional in the ERP environment (m/f/d)

You are the link bet­ween our com­pa­ny and our cus­to­mers in the food indus­try. You are enthu­si­a­stic about our ERP solu­ti­ons and always find new ways to infect others with this enthu­si­asm. The acqui­si­ti­on of new cus­to­mers is just as easy for you as the sup­port of exis­ting cus­to­mers and the iden­ti­fi­ca­ti­on of new busi­ness oppor­tu­ni­ties. To ensu­re sales and reve­nue tar­gets are met, you will main­tain exis­ting cont­acts and build new cus­to­mer rela­ti­onships. A well-foun­ded ana­ly­sis of the mar­ket and com­pe­ti­ti­ve situa­ti­on as well as cus­to­mer poten­ti­al will help you to do this.

Commercial Allrounder / Administrative Specialist in Full-Time (m/f/d)

They ensu­re the smooth run­ning of the admi­nis­tra­ti­on with all inter­nal tasks from the tele­pho­ne switch­board to gene­ral cus­to­mer care, cor­re­spon­dence, pre­pa­ra­ti­on of quo­ta­ti­ons accor­ding to spe­ci­fi­ca­ti­ons, mar­ke­ting acti­vi­ties (home­page, fly­ers, print media), and the purcha­se of office mate­ri­als. In the­se mat­ters, you are the first point of cont­act and sup­port manage­ment and col­le­agues. You set the right prio­ri­ties and main­tain an over­view at all times. All in all, make sure the store is up and run­ning!

Employee in telephone customer support (m/f/d)

They are the per­so­nal cont­act per­son in cus­to­mer sup­port and pro­vi­de com­pe­tent assis­tance even if some­thing does not work as it should. By pho­ne, by mail and via our ticket sys­tem, you are the first point of cont­act not only for error mes­sa­ges, but also pro­vi­de advice and sup­port for pro­duct-spe­ci­fic issues. As an inter­face bet­ween our cus­to­mers and our pro­duct manage­ment, you will also ensu­re that our pro­duct keeps get­ting bet­ter.

IT Specialist System Integration / IT Administrator (m/f/d)

Whe­ther hard­ware or soft­ware — you install our solu­ti­ons around the ERP sys­tem iFood and the digi­tal eco­sys­tem 360°efood on site at the cus­to­mer. You will ana­ly­ze any sys­tem errors that occur and cor­rect them con­fi­dent­ly. Along the way, you will also main­tain our inter­nal IT sys­tems. In gene­ral, you are the first point of cont­act for sup­port, trai­ning and in-house help­desk issues. In doing so, you will always be in clo­se cont­act with cus­to­mers, iden­ti­fy their needs and incor­po­ra­te your fin­dings into the pro­jects. So all in all, you make sure that cus­to­mers are satis­fied with our solu­ti­ons!
