At Amerikas­trasse 15 in Gar­rel, we are cur­rent­ly con­struct­ing the Farm&Food Hub, a sus­tain­able new build­ing to the lat­est build­ing and office stan­dards. In addi­tion to agma­da­ta, the first users will move into the co-work­ing and hub space here, where the green start-up scene and estab­lished com­pa­nies along the agribusi­ness val­ue chain are to net­work. Our team at agma­da­ta is made up of diverse pro­fes­sion­als with one vision­ary goal: to inspire the food indus­try with a focus on meat/fish/street food nation­wide to use our inno­v­a­tive soft­ware and ser­vices. Software Developer (m/f/d)

After an inten­sive train­ing phase, you will take on the cus­tomer-spe­cif­ic tasks for the con­cep­tion, devel­op­ment and pro­gram­ming of our ERP solu­tion iFood togeth­er with your team col­leagues and also work on the front-end devel­op­ment and inter­face pro­gram­ming.
In sec­ond-lev­el sup­port, you will assist col­leagues, advise and train our cus­tomers both online and in per­son.

Technical Manager Software Development (m/f/d)

You are a spar­ring part­ner for the man­age­ment and respon­si­ble for the strate­gic direc­tion of the com­pa­ny in tech­ni­cal and IT strate­gic top­ics. Your new respon­si­bil­i­ties include the tech­ni­cal man­age­ment and prod­uct devel­op­ment of the com­pa­ny, as well as the man­age­ment of soft­ware devel­op­ment. You will con­tribute to the fur­ther devel­op­ment and imple­men­ta­tion of the IT cor­po­rate strat­e­gy and will be instru­men­tal in con­tin­u­ing to steer the com­pa­ny in a prof­itable direc­tion.

Sales professional in the ERP environment (m/f/d)

You are the link between our com­pa­ny and our cus­tomers in the food indus­try. You are enthu­si­as­tic about our ERP solu­tions and always find new ways to infect oth­ers with this enthu­si­asm. The acqui­si­tion of new cus­tomers is just as easy for you as the sup­port of exist­ing cus­tomers and the iden­ti­fi­ca­tion of new busi­ness oppor­tu­ni­ties. To ensure sales and rev­enue tar­gets are met, you will main­tain exist­ing con­tacts and build new cus­tomer rela­tion­ships. A well-found­ed analy­sis of the mar­ket and com­pet­i­tive sit­u­a­tion as well as cus­tomer poten­tial will help you to do this.

Commercial Allrounder / Administrative Specialist in Full-Time (m/f/d)

They ensure the smooth run­ning of the admin­is­tra­tion with all inter­nal tasks from the tele­phone switch­board to gen­er­al cus­tomer care, cor­re­spon­dence, prepa­ra­tion of quo­ta­tions accord­ing to spec­i­fi­ca­tions, mar­ket­ing activ­i­ties (home­page, fly­ers, print media), and the pur­chase of office mate­ri­als. In these mat­ters, you are the first point of con­tact and sup­port man­age­ment and col­leagues. You set the right pri­or­i­ties and main­tain an overview at all times. All in all, make sure the store is up and run­ning!

Employee in telephone customer support (m/f/d)

They are the per­son­al con­tact per­son in cus­tomer sup­port and pro­vide com­pe­tent assis­tance even if some­thing does not work as it should. By phone, by mail and via our tick­et sys­tem, you are the first point of con­tact not only for error mes­sages, but also pro­vide advice and sup­port for prod­uct-spe­cif­ic issues. As an inter­face between our cus­tomers and our prod­uct man­age­ment, you will also ensure that our prod­uct keeps get­ting bet­ter.

IT Specialist System Integration / IT Administrator (m/f/d)

Whether hard­ware or soft­ware — you install our solu­tions around the ERP sys­tem iFood and the dig­i­tal ecosys­tem 360°efood on site at the cus­tomer. You will ana­lyze any sys­tem errors that occur and cor­rect them con­fi­dent­ly. Along the way, you will also main­tain our inter­nal IT sys­tems. In gen­er­al, you are the first point of con­tact for sup­port, train­ing and in-house helpdesk issues. In doing so, you will always be in close con­tact with cus­tomers, iden­ti­fy their needs and incor­po­rate your find­ings into the projects. So all in all, you make sure that cus­tomers are sat­is­fied with our solu­tions!
